      Set Up the Integration

      Login to your Autotask Profile

      1. Admin > Resources (Users)

      2. New API User

      3. Select Integration Vendor

      ManagedServices Platform

      Select Integration Vendor

      Please note that the list might appear if you click outside of Autotask list (known issue for Autotask)

       

      4. Add Api User

      Generate the API user in Autotask

      • Generate Username
      • Generate Password
      • Grab the link from the url

      Complete the integration in Managed Services Platform

      Profile > Integrations > Select the Autotask Tab

      Enter

      • Username
      • Password
      • URL
      Add Api User
