How to manage Client Experience Activities (CEA™) with Filters

Access the Activities tab on the Client screen

This tab shows you all Client Experience Activities (CEA™). By using the filters the Client Engagement Score (CES™) Chart and the Client Experience Activity (CEA™) list are filtered dynamically.

Logged reports can be accessible directly from the activity card

Filter Activities by Status

Filtering activities by planned and completed status will help

  • list upcoming activities
  • list the most recently completed activities
  • list planned but not completed activities (overdue)

Filter Activities by Account Manager

Filtering activities by your account managers will help

  • plan resource activities for the next week/month/quarter
  • check the resource's last week/month/quarter's activities
  • check overdue activities by resource
  • check and balance utilization by resource

Filter Activities by Segment

Filtering activities by segment will help

  • discover which activities are working and which are not
  • keep track of upcoming important high touch activities for VIP clients
  • see which Client Experience Activities (CEA™) are done by key prospects to forecast new sales

Filter Activities by Engagement Level

Filtering activities by engagement level will help

  • prioritize activities for clients off target
  • analyze why clients get less engaged
  • understand what activities make clients engaged
