When using the Persona Report widget, ITCQ is calculated using only local scores
The Persona Report widget provides similar functionality to the Pillar widget but only uses local reports to create the ITCQ Current State score.
You can add a Report widget by customizing a Persona
Once the Report widget is placed on a Persona it will use your reports exclusively to calculate the ITCQ. You have 3 options to adjust which of your Reports are used.
When you select a report, the Platform will use the Report Template that the report was created from to determine which reports, across all clients, to use.
By default, the average of all reports run is used
You may select one or more reports to focus your objectives
Once you have configured your view, don't forget to save your Persona.
