Knowledgebase is a compendium of searchable articles, lectures and processes all cross-referenced with each other. Unlike courses, knowledgebase articles are not meant to be consumed sequentially but perused by clicking through related courses, searching by keywords or browsing within the categories.
Knowledgebase assets are organized by vendors in categories and subcategories.
There are three types of Knowledgebase entries:
Articles
Articles are text based documents. We indicate the reading time based on an a reading speed of an average individual.
Lectures
Lectures are text + video based documents. We indicate the running time of the embedded video.
Processes
Processes are text + video + tasklist based documents. You are able to export the Task Lists and the Tasks inside the process to your PSA. We indicate the time based on the sum of the execution time of all tasks inside the process.
